Located on a quiet street on the outskirts of town, it lies within easy walking distance of the local shops, bars, and restaurants, ideal for those who want to explore the typical Mallorcan surroundings or enjoy a meal out without needing to drive.
Inside, the house is elegantly presented with wood beams, stylish furniture, and the latest equipment throughout.
On the ground floor you will find a bright open layout which includes a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, even a coffee machine, blender, and juicer. This is open to the dining area, and a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, sofa seating and views of the garden. This level also has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The first floor is home to two further bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and twin beds, perfect for those sharing rooms.
Outside, the house has an attractive garden with a covered terrace where you can have a barbecue and dine alfresco, plus there is a 7 x 3m pool where you can have fun or cool down during the summer months.
Can Muntanya 18, Can Muntanya 20, and Cas Padrins share the same private parking area. You may only use it for two cars per house, and it is EXCLUSIVE to you. It is necessary that you get in touch with the agency in advance if you require more parking spaces. The property also has an electric car charging station, ready for use.
This is a fantastic property for all ages, in a great location just 15 minutes from Palma; why not rent a car which can be safely and securely parked at the property and even has an electric car charging point.
